What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate construction projects where I can manage vendors, materials, schedules, inspections, and drawing-based documentation while supporting U.S.-based teams remotely from India.

I'm currently managing vendor, subcontractor, material, and inspection coordination across 5+ active projects for Builtwell Construction Inc. in California.

I review and prioritize daily communications, follow up on requests the same day, and track material orders against drawings and specifications using Procore, CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.

My architecture background helps me read construction drawings directly and translate documentation into buildable sequences. At Xception Design Studio, I coordinated vendors and contractors on residential and small commercial projects from design through construction.

With an M.S. in Construction Management and experience supporting schedules, submittals, and delivery timing at Treebuilders Group, I work full U.S. business hours remotely from India.
