At Forcepoint India, I architect end-to-end quality strategy for ARIA, an internal AI assistant, covering prompt engineering, agentic decision-making, search accuracy, prompt-injection resistance, MCP integrations, RAG pipelines, and vector database performance.

I've built pytest and Playwright automation across 450+ scenarios, achieved 94% test coverage, and helped reduce LLM response latency by 23% using Deep Eval for multi-turn coherence, relevance, and consistency. I also strengthened AI security validation around vulnerability assessment, data isolation, and cross-tenant access controls.

Previously at Reliance Jio, I led QA for UPI Payments initiatives including RuPay Credit Cards and GST on UPI. I used Cucumber, Gherkin, Azure DevOps, RESTAssured, Postman, and SQL to improve payment workflow validation, CI/CD feedback cycles, and regulatory-compliance testing.

My foundation at Tech Mahindra spans end-to-end testing of Jio applications, UPI payments and mandates, corporate net banking, merchant payments, and NPCI compliance rules. I bring eight years of quality engineering experience across banking, financial services, cybersecurity, performance testing, and intelligent automation.
