What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality strategy, automation, release delivery, and stakeholder collaboration for business-critical platforms, particularly across IVR, customer-support, cloud-migration, CRM, and enterprise application environments.

I currently provide technical and testing leadership for Airbnb’s Contact Centre Solutions Platform at Sutherland Digital, defining quality strategies, leading automation initiatives, and supporting delivery of business-critical customer-support capabilities.

At GXO/John Lewis, I led QA and release management for Stock Management and Stock Transfer systems, covering functional, integration, system, and regression testing. I owned release planning, risk assessment, defect management, quality sign-off, and mentoring for junior QA members.

At Barclays and Nuance, I led testing for IVR applications including Barclaycard, Sky, Mortgages, HMRC Hosted IVR, HSBC voice biometrics, and Vodafone channel-steering solutions. I managed test design, test stubs, defect triage, root-cause analysis, end-to-end testing, and cloud migration work from on-premises platforms to Azure, AWS Connect, and CI/CD-enabled delivery.
