I'm looking for a travel operations or customer support role where I can coordinate bookings, support travelers, manage supplier relationships, and improve processes with AI tools.

At Akbar Holidays Pvt Ltd, I coordinate holiday-package operations from supplier bookings and payments to vouchers, itineraries, and final travel documents. I also support travelers before and during their trips, maintain booking and vendor records, and manage supplier relationships for reliable service and competitive rates.

Alongside travel operations, I’ve handled customer support through chat, email, and phone, resolved customer issues, improved chat-queue flow, and coordinated marketing broadcasts for lead generation. I also created an AI-assisted HTML tool using Claude AI to automate holiday package quotations and PDF generation.
