At Prodapt, I work on Nucleus Cisco Service, which turns customer service orders into deployable Cisco IOS XE configurations for Cisco Catalyst 8000V virtual routers. I also maintain the PostgreSQL data that drives the ordering UI and troubleshoot provisioning and configuration delivery issues.
At HCL-Tech, I developed Python test automation using PyATS, Pytest, and REST APIs to validate upgrade workflows and L2/L3 features. I tested routing and switching protocols and Cisco FTD deployments across Standalone, HA, and Multi-Instance models.
I also developed a Python Webex Bot that triggers regression pipelines and monitors their status, reducing manual intervention by 70%. My work has included integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting network defects with Wireshark and GNS3.
