At Overload Mkt, I built the company’s internal management system end to end with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and NestJS, centralizing operations and client management.

I created a GoHighLevel-to-Notion REST API integration that eliminated around 20 hours of manual work per week. I also implemented CSAT, onboarding, offboarding, and operational, commercial, sales, and performance-ranking dashboards to support decision-making across the business.

I build and maintain TypeScript/NestJS and Python/FastAPI backend services for marketing and healthcare clients. My work includes AI-powered customer-service and meeting-transcription solutions using OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs, with real-time sales suggestions and automated meeting minutes.
