Artem Qwery
@artemqwery
I build low-latency Go services and Kafka pipelines for high-load AdTech, fintech, and e-commerce systems.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently building DMP and advertising-platform services at WILDBERRIES, processing user profiles and behavioral segments at 25K RPS with p99.9 latency of 21 ms. I design profile-storage architecture, identity resolution, segmentation delivery, and reliable Kafka-driven processing for a platform with 270M user profiles.
I implemented identity resolution covering 160M profiles, including consent, opt-out, and shared-device handling across Web and Mobile SDKs. I also reduced Kafka consumer memory usage by 76%, from 2.1 GB to 500 MB, and introduced KEDA autoscaling based on consumer lag.
Previously at SUPO, I built NetSuite ERP integrations and reconciliation workflows for invoices, bills, payments, and transactions. I improved a heavy report from 20 seconds to 7 seconds through PostgreSQL indexing and query-plan optimization, while protecting financial consistency with transactions, idempotency, retries, and audit-ready observability.
At NETGURU, I delivered financial data pipelines handling more than 1M records per day, high-volume CSV imports, and third-party logistics and fintech integrations. I also built Kizuna, a self-hosted PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka data explorer packaged as a single Go binary with an embedded React interface.

Go Backend Engineer
Wildberries
Mar 2024 - Present (2 years 5 months)
Responsible for Go services processing user profiles and behavioral segments, achieving 25K RPS with p99.9 latency of 21 ms. Designed identity resolution and segment delivery for DMP, and built Kafka batch-processing library and KEDA autoscaling.
Go Backend Engineer - Fintech Integrations
Supo
Sep 2022 - Feb 2024 (1 year 5 months)
Built NetSuite ERP integrations for bidirectional exchange and reconciliation of financial records. Reduced report load time from 20 to 7 seconds via PostgreSQL index optimization and implemented asynchronous workflows with idempotency keys.
Go Backend Engineer
Netguru
Sep 2020 - Aug 2022 (1 year 11 months)
Built data-synchronization pipelines for financial transaction processing, keeping 1M+ records per day consistent. Designed a high-volume CSV import service using Go worker pools and Redis-based deduplication, and profiled performance with pprof.
