What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead QA strategy, governance, and delivery for complex Agile products, where I can mentor teams, improve release readiness, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

At Speridian Technologies, I lead QA governance and release readiness for six Salesforce Government Cloud implementations, guiding cross-functional teams of 12+ and making go-live decisions based on quality metrics.

I've built end-to-end test strategies across functional, integration, API, SIT, UAT, regression, database, mobile, and production validation. I partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to identify gaps early, manage defects, and improve release readiness.

Across Salesforce, ERP, banking, healthcare, CRM, retail, and public-sector projects, I've led QA teams, mentored colleagues, and supported reliable deployments. I bring 10+ years of experience with Agile delivery, test management, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on tools including Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, SQL Server, MySQL, Playwright, and Salesforce.
