I integrate Workday with SAP, Oracle ERP, ADP, Fidelity, Voya, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and SailPoint, synchronizing HR, finance, payroll, and identity data across enterprise systems.

I've configured Business Process Framework workflows, condition and validation rules, Domain Security, Business Process Security, ISU, and ISSG to strengthen access controls and support audit compliance. I also build Calculated Fields, Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports for workforce reporting, payroll reconciliation, and executive dashboards.

Previously at Cognizant, I configured Workday HCM modules and supported data loads, testing, tenant refreshes, release validation, and production deployments. I partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver scalable improvements.
