What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my fitness qualifications and first aid, deliver great customer service, and grow while working in a supportive team—balancing coaching, front-desk/admin tasks, and reliable day-to-day service.

I’ve built a strong mix of fitness and customer-focused experience through roles in both independent and team settings. With fitness qualifications (Certificate II/III/IV in Fitness/Health and First Aid) and a reputation for patience and perseverance, I enjoy helping people stay motivated and supported.

Currently, I lead engaging group exercise classes and serve as a Front Desk Administrator at YMCA, handling member welcomes, enquiries, membership processing, and issue resolution while managing administrative tasks. Alongside this, I’m experienced in food preparation and service—preparing meals, keeping kitchen standards, and supporting cafe operations—because I value reliability, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.
