What I'm looking for

I’m seeking HR, Talent Management, or Recruitment Operations roles where I can drive efficient hiring processes, engage stakeholders, and support compliant workforce solutions and organizational growth.

At Magnet, I managed workforce acquisition and supply activities, contract administration, and contingent workforce compliance. I handled the end-to-end acquisition lifecycle and used Fieldglass, Beeline, and ServiceNow for workforce and requisition management.

I filled approximately 65–70 positions per month and achieved an average time-to-hire of 2–3 weeks through hiring coordination and process management. I also partnered with hiring managers and suppliers, shared market intelligence on pay rates, and supported onboarding and issue resolution.

At Kelly OCG, I supported HR shared services for Gilead Science, including Workday transactions across the employee lifecycle. I prepared employee reference letters, conducted onboarding sessions, and performed quality audits.

At Adecco, Pontoon Solutions, I supported the Infosys APAC contingent labour program, processing resource requests and coordinating onboarding and background verification through Beeline. Earlier, I worked as a Senior Recruiter at Blue Rose Technology Pvt. Ltd., a Senior Process Associate at Accenture, and held marketing and customer support roles.
