At Microsoft, I guide enterprise customers through Azure cloud adoption, modernization roadmaps, modular landing zones, governance baselines, hybrid networking, and multi-region resiliency. I conduct Well-Architected Framework reviews and help teams use Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD, and FinOps practices to improve technical viability, security, operations, and cost efficiency.
I've also led multi-tenant cloud strategy for NYC Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications and supported Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, identity, and collaboration platforms for 100,000+ users. Across more than 20 years in enterprise IT, I've designed and operated infrastructure spanning Azure, AWS, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Citrix, and disaster recovery.
