What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, reliable backend systems and APIs where I can improve data integrity, production resilience, observability, and delivery practices alongside cross-functional teams.

I've built and stabilized authentication, authorization, payment, and operational service APIs at Sand Technologies, resolving session failures, checkout errors, and data consistency issues without disrupting customer workflows.

I lead legacy migrations and production rollouts by replacing brittle database access with safer SQL patterns, idempotent backfills, and staged deployments. I also build Kafka-based synchronization, Redis resilience patterns, Elasticsearch-backed support tooling, and audit-ready permissions models.

Previously at Alloy, I delivered Java and Spring Boot backend features for account management and downstream integrations, addressing N+1 performance problems, authorization bypasses, duplicate webhooks, and stalled data pipelines.
