As a passionate Stretch Specialist and Coach at StretchLab, I lead transformative one-on-one assisted PNF stretching sessions that not only enhance physical flexibility but also uplift the spirits of my clients. My experience spans working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, from Division 1 athletes to seniors over 90. I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively and connect with clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention and care.

In addition to my coaching role, I have honed my skills as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer for the Worst Take Show, where I create engaging content for platforms like YouTube and TikTok. With a growing audience of 18,000 followers, I continuously improve my proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop. My background in sports science, combined with my creative endeavors, allows me to approach challenges with a unique perspective.

My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Performance Programming from Arizona State University, complemented by two Associate degrees in Journalism and Communications. I am committed to lifelong learning and professional development, as evidenced by my certifications in strength and conditioning and CPR/AED. I am eager to leverage my diverse skill set in a dynamic environment that values growth and innovation.
