Supervised cost accounting for used car exports, ensuring accurate capture of inventory and shipping costs and producing consolidated P&L and commission reporting. Built reporting templates/dashboards and analyzed pricing fluctuations to resolve margin issues and improve profitability.

Led operational, financial, and compliance audits across business units following IIA and company auditing standards. Developed risk-based audit plans, conducted special investigations, reported findings with root causes and recommendations, and followed up to verify corrective action implementation.
