Arletty Serra

I am a dedicated and passionate individual currently pursuing a Biological Sciences major at Florida International University. My recent internship at the Cybrarium Library allowed me to assist in adult programs, where I honed my organizational and communication skills. I thrive in environments that require creativity and attention to detail, and I am committed to making a positive impact in my community.

In my role at Sky Zone, I have taken on the responsibility of Assistant Manager for events, where I lead a team in planning and executing memorable celebrations. My experience includes hosting fundraisers and field trips, as well as teaching event specialists the intricacies of event planning. I am proud to have achieved 2nd place at the HOSA State competition, showcasing my ability to excel in competitive environments.

As an International Registered Behavioral Technician, I work closely with children with autism, helping them build interpersonal relationships and navigate modern society. My trilingual abilities in English, Spanish, and French enable me to connect with diverse groups, making me an effective communicator and advocate for inclusivity.
