What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Business Analyst role where I can translate stakeholder requirements into data-driven solutions, dashboards, and clear recommendations.

At Ardent Computech Pvt. Ltd., I translated reporting needs into interactive Excel KPI dashboards and analyzed HR and business data for trends in attrition, salary distribution, and performance. I validated raw data and presented findings in business reports and executive summaries with data-backed recommendations.

On my E-Commerce Sales & Customer Analysis project, I built an interactive Power BI dashboard to track sales, customer, and profitability KPIs. I identified top-performing products, high-value customers, and low-margin categories, then recommended ways to improve sales and profitability.

I also developed a Motorola sales dashboard with Power Query, Power BI, and DAX, and designed a normalized relational database for a Library Management System using PostgreSQL. I’m seeking a Business Analyst role where I can translate business requirements into analysis, dashboards, and clear recommendations.
