Before GovCIO, I spent nearly six years at S&P Global delivering full-stack Java and JavaScript solutions for the energy sector. I built microservices and micro front ends with Angular and AWS, created a reusable design system, and led CI/CD practices spanning pull requests, code reviews, and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
At Focus Insurance Group, I developed Java, Spring, and Ruby on Rails features for property and casualty insurance, stood up RESTful APIs for multi-tenant systems, and supported QA and production releases.
I've also implemented medical-device regulatory requirements at Stryker Medical and contributed to an AI-powered design assistant and an options-premium tracking project. I bring experience across enterprise integration, distributed systems, cloud delivery, databases, and practical automation.
