I’m a motivated and hardworking professional currently managing work at a cement and steel shop. I handle customer interactions and daily shop operations, including managing billing, stock checking, and product inquiries.

I maintain records of sales and inventory, assist customers with cement, steel, and construction material requirements, and coordinate with suppliers and transport workers. I bring strong communication, phone calling, and teamwork to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Before this role, I worked as a Product Designer at a local start-up making customized machines using embedded systems. I designed embedded devices using both software and hardware under mentorship, building practical technical fundamentals alongside my B.Tech education.
