I’m a software engineer passionate about empowering communities through scalable and sustainable tech solutions, and I’m continuously learning to leverage data for social impact.
Currently, I’m building from both engineering and advanced analytics: I’m pursuing an MSc in Data Science and Computational Intelligence at Riara University, and I’ve completed multiple data-focused programs and certifications (including Machine Learning, Data Science, and Data Analytics with Generative AI).
In my recent roles, I’ve automated support workflows with Python, troubleshot platform issues in Pulse for services used by 800,000+ active customers, and used Redshift to query and analyze customer data for performance monitoring and data-driven decisions. Earlier, as a Software Development Intern, I developed a backend for an online ticketing system using JavaScript, designed front-end interfaces with HTML5 and CSS3, and implemented MySQL database schemas—experiences that strengthened how I think about reliability, clean APIs, and measurable outcomes.
