At PT. Metro Network Solutions, I redesigned the workflow and built in-house systems for BPN land-office digitization, processing more than 6 million land documents. By year 3, the project cycle had gone from 4 months to 3 weeks, with execution running in 20 cities in parallel.
At PT Tri Baksya Solution, I built internal monitoring systems used by Telkom Group divisions to track subsidiary performance and executive KPIs. The Amor Dashboard I built in 2013 stayed in use until 2025, and its successor, Bright Dashboard, includes a RAG chat engine for questions about dashboard data.
I co-founded, built and ran dropshipengine, an e-commerce automation platform used by more than 5,000 sellers and integrated with 9 marketplaces at its peak. Earlier, I built Telkom and PLN reporting systems, including the Wholesale Dashboard, which remains in production, and Web GIS applications that formed the foundation of TEPPA, a second-place entry at the Retas Bangsa 2014 national hackathon.
