I've built finance and strategy systems across Coinlocally/AlphaWave Financial, QSTP, J-Material, and ventures spanning Iran, the GCC, Qatar, Singapore, the UK, and the United States. At a Singapore-based financial infrastructure firm serving forex, cryptocurrency, and options providers, I led financial process optimisation and capital allocation across portfolios and business units during approximately USD 6M in revenue generation.

At J-Material, I repositioned gypsum exports from raw material to waterproof and fire-resistant specialty products, lifting net margin from roughly 23% to above 85%. I rebuilt budgeting and KPI frameworks, eliminated loss-generating cost structures, and reallocated capital from illiquid high-risk assets into diversified, risk-adjusted vehicles.

I've prepared investor-grade financial plans, forecasts, income statements, balance sheets, and supporting models for private equity, debt financing, and crowdfunding. For QSTP, I designed investment frameworks, governance structures, capital-deployment policies, and LP documentation for a MENA venture fund.

Alongside finance leadership, I've advised more than 80 clients across eight countries and founded or co-founded ventures in biometric payments, cryptocurrency exchange, medical marketplaces, and media. I bring an MBA in Entrepreneurship, professional Persian, English, and Arabic, and practical analysis skills in Python, R, and Excel.
