At Techdefence Labs, I monitor and investigate Forcepoint DLP incidents across endpoint, email, and web channels. I trace sensitive data flows, validate policy triggers, and document findings when closing false positives or escalating genuine data leakage.
I fine-tune DLP policies and manage approved exceptions to improve detection while supporting business needs. I also plan Forcepoint DLP upgrades, maintain configuration backups, and coordinate with the OEM on product issues.
At Essen Vision Software Pvt. Ltd., CSMT Mumbai, I analyzed DLP incidents, reviewed whitelisting requests, and prepared reports and dashboards on incident trends and policy performance.
At Eviden Paladion Network Pvt. Ltd. (Atos Group), I worked across firewalls, Forcepoint Proxy and DLP, Akamai WAF, PAM, Azure, and load balancing. My work included troubleshooting access issues, maintaining security configurations, and applying WAF protections such as rate limiting and Geo-IP blocking.
