At Thales India, I manage enterprise customer accounts on Imperva Cloud WAF, resolving configuration and troubleshooting cases while guiding security strategy across DNS, open ports, WAF, and DDoS controls.

I lead service reviews, QBRs, and customer enablement sessions, turning WAF policy, caching, bandwidth, and migration recommendations into phased improvements to security posture. I've delivered zero-impact account migrations, certificate renewals, and CDN onboarding without service disruption.

Previously at Bharti Airtel, I managed Palo Alto, Cisco, Forcepoint, and Cisco ISE environments, supported firewall and proxy operations, and contributed to cloud, VPN authentication, email-security, and DDoS initiatives. I also partnered on GCP network security and Azure AD VPN authentication migration.

I build automation for recurring security tasks and help interns and new joinees become productive in enterprise security operations. I'm recognized for proactive customer engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
