I am a Senior RPA/AI Developer with extensive experience in creating automation solutions for various industries, including finance, banking, insurance, telecommunications, and energy. I began my career as an RPA Developer at Avanade, where I contributed to multiple projects and developed automation solutions using tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, and NICE, while leveraging SQL for data storage.

As the demand for AI-driven projects grew, I transitioned into AI development, focusing on chatbot development and document classification. I have successfully built and deployed chatbots using the Bot Framework, C#/.NET Core, and various Microsoft Azure services. My work also includes developing solutions with AI Builder, Form Recognizer, and SVM-based prediction models in Python.
