At Quest Innovative Solutions, I developed interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards for retail sales, HR analytics, supermarket performance, grocery delivery, and consumer preference analysis. I used them to highlight KPIs and business trends.
In my customer support analytics project, I built a Power BI dashboard to analyze 2,330 tickets, tracking SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, agent performance, and ticket trends. I used Power Query and DAX to prepare data and calculate KPIs.
I also built a multi-page Power BI dashboard for 10,000 cloud usage records, using MySQL and Python to support cost monitoring, regional comparisons, and data quality assessment.
