At Dimensionless Technologies, I develop client machine-learning projects from raw data through to validated, working solutions, and advise clients on how to scope their projects.
For paper manufacturing, I built a real-time Ring Crush prediction pipeline using mill sensor data. Its predictions feed a Tableau dashboard used by plant-floor operators to catch quality deviations while they can still be corrected.
I also designed an early-warning system for paper-machine sheet breaks, turning a rare-event classification problem into real-time alerts. For pool water chemistry, I built UV-Vis models and a calibration-transfer approach, then deployed the final model as a live FastAPI service.
Beyond client work, I built GhostVet, a scanner for specific mistakes made by AI coding assistants, and developed Compile, an LMS platform for automated grading and concept-level mastery tracking. I also design and deliver AI/ML curricula and corporate training.
