What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data analytics role where I can use Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization to build reliable dashboards, uncover trends, support data-driven decisions, and continue learning new technologies.

I build interactive Power BI dashboards that transform raw employee data into meaningful business insights.

In my Employee Analytics Dashboard project, I analyzed demographics, salaries, performance, country-wise trends, and company growth. I used Power Query for data cleaning and transformation, DAX for salary, employee-count, ranking, and performance measures, and data modeling to support reliable reporting.

I created department headcount, gender distribution, age, salary, top-earner, and growth visualizations, along with KPI cards, slicers, filters, and sorting. I also developed an India-versus-New Zealand scorecard and validated dashboard calculations for accuracy.

I'm detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Java to identify trends and communicate insights clearly.
