I've spent four years at State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan reviewing eligibility, medical records, clinical documentation, and claims workflows while coordinating with hospitals, physicians, and operational teams. I also supervise Health Facilitation Officers, investigate patient complaints, and support accurate, compliant healthcare documentation through HIMS and EMR systems.
Alongside insurance-healthcare work, I provide patient assessment, treatment planning, preventive counselling, and women’s health care at Surgicare Complex. My hospital training includes general medicine, paediatrics, general surgery, plastic surgery, gynecology, emergency response, and electronic medical record work at MNH Dera Bakha.
