At JE Dunn Construction, I lead delivery coordination, commissioning readiness, and closeout for critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure across hyperscale data-center campuses. I align Owner-Furnished Equipment suppliers, logistics, trade partners, site operations, and client stakeholders for on-time installation and turnover.

I've managed program controls, forecasting, risk, schedules, budgets, and executive reporting for high-security initiatives involving FAA, NASA, DARPA, and MIT. My work applies earned value management, configuration control, and operational-readiness reviews to strengthen visibility and execution.

Across Olsson and Coastal Environmental Group, I coordinated construction administration, QA/QC, document control, contracts, procurement, compliance, and turnover for hyperscale data centers and federal civil-construction and remediation programs.

I also founded and operated a residential and commercial construction business, managing delivery, safety, staffing, finances, contracts, and customer relationships. I bring 15+ years of experience connecting technical teams, field operations, vendors, and senior stakeholders around milestone-critical outcomes.
