I am a dedicated academic and researcher with 13+ years of undergraduate teaching and 10+ years of postgraduate teaching experience in Economics. I deliver advanced Economics instruction, supervise dissertations, and guide postgraduate research methodology while building curriculum frameworks that help students achieve academic excellence. I specialize in research design, quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, and SPSS-based data interpretation.

I have 10+ years of academic research experience, including designing and executing field surveys, applying time-series data analysis using SPSS and AI research tools (Rows, DeepSeek), and publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals. I am an ICSSR Grant and Study Grant recipient for Ph.D. research, with 10 peer-reviewed papers (3 international, 7 national), 14 conference presentations, and participation in 12 national seminars—along with proven ability in dissertation supervision and field survey execution. My Ph.D. thesis, “Effects of Liberalisation on Industrial Workers in Kolhapur,” was awarded by Shivaji University.
