AMBIKA BANSAL

I am a dedicated and passionate statistician currently pursuing my PhD in Statistics at the University of Rajasthan. My academic journey has been marked by a strong foundation in statistical methods and data analytics, complemented by my experience as a Research Intern at the Reserve Bank of India. During my internship, I worked on the compilation of Commercial Property Price Indices, where I conducted a thorough literature review and explored various methodologies, including Hedonic Regression and the Repeat-Sales Method. My findings not only highlighted limitations in existing methods but also proposed improvements, showcasing my analytical skills and attention to detail.

In addition to my research experience, I have served as a Tutor and Visiting Faculty, providing academic support and supervision in Statistics and Data Analytics. My teaching roles have allowed me to share my knowledge with students from K–12 to graduate levels, fostering a collaborative learning environment. I have also been recognized for my academic excellence, receiving the University Gold Medal and the Inspire Award for Higher Education from the Government of India. I am eager to leverage my skills in a challenging position within the Data and Statistics field, where I can contribute to impactful projects and continue my professional growth.
