At Iris Management Services Pvt. Ltd., I evaluated supply chain operations, identified improvement opportunities and developed SOPs across procurement, inventory and operations. I also designed JIT inventory planning and improved in-house POS master data.

As a part-time founder of an independent B2B trading business, I managed the order-to-cash cycle and planned inventory for 50+ SKUs. I built supplier relationships across distributors and developed Excel trackers for sales, purchases and profitability.

At Global Group, I managed procurement activities worth approximately ₹15–20 lakh per month, from RFQs and comparative statements to purchase orders and supplier coordination. I coordinated with 100+ vendors and internal stakeholders.

For a selected project, I built an interactive Power BI dashboard covering sales, procurement and inventory operations. I used Power Query, data modeling and DAX to develop operational KPIs and supplier and inventory exception reporting.
