I am seeking a role that allows me to apply my nursing skills while contributing to patient care and support in a collaborative environment.

I am a dedicated nursing student with a strong focus on patient care and safety. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Prairie View A&M University, I have maintained a GPA of 3.5 while honing my skills in clinical settings. My experience as a volunteer crisis counselor at Crisis Text Line has equipped me with the ability to support individuals in distress, demonstrating my commitment to empathetic listening and effective communication.

In addition to my volunteer work, I have practical experience as a camp counselor at the YMCA, where I supervised children and promoted a safe, nurturing environment. My role involved teaching swim lessons and modeling positive social behaviors, further enhancing my ability to connect with diverse populations. I am also CPR certified and hold a pending certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Texas, showcasing my dedication to healthcare and patient safety.
