I'm looking for a role where I can support remote operations, accounting processes, client coordination, and workflow efficiency using Tally, QuickBooks, and AI tools.

I've supported I Line Graphics in Mumbai as a Virtual Assistant since 2018, managing schedules, records, client correspondence, operational tracking, payment collections, and invoice follow-ups.

I bring hands-on accounting experience from Mahindra Retails Pvt. Ltd. and Orbit Glass & Aluminum, where I handled transaction entries, ledger verification, reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing, credit control, vendor and customer records, and month-end documentation.

At Convergys India Ltd. supporting the Time Warner Cable US process, I resolved billing inquiries and technical issues on a blended voice queue while meeting SLA and quality standards.

I use Tally, QuickBooks, and workplace AI tools including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to improve administrative accuracy and operational efficiency.
