What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and deploy multilingual NLP and speech systems end-to-end—benchmarking models, optimizing inference, and integrating reliable pipelines into real production products.

In my AI/ML engineer intern role, I’ve architected and maintained an end-to-end multilingual translation + TTS pipeline that supports 34 languages inside a production video-generation platform.

I benchmark 10+ open-source translation and speech models—like NLLB, IndicTrans2, TranslateGemma, XTTS, OmniVoice, Chatterbox, Piper, and IndicF5—comparing translation quality, inference speed, licensing, hardware needs, and deployability.

To make large models run efficiently, I apply INT4/INT8 quantization via BitsAndBytes, reducing memory use and improving inference for translation models.

I also integrate the pipeline into a centralized production dashboard using a checkpoint-based workflow, and help keep it reliable by debugging model integrations, translation workflows, parameter handling, and backend services.
