I’m an Sr. Finops Analyst - AP, L3 focused on keeping invoice operations accurate, compliant, and fast—especially under pressure. I bring consistent, organized practices and a thorough approach to support end-to-end AP workflows and business needs.

In my role, I process PO and Non-PO invoices while performing quality checks to maintain accuracy and data integrity. I also handle PO and Non-PO invoice queries and escalations, prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MOM) after daily compliance huddles, and support automatic invoice processing across multiple regions.

I strengthen reliability through pre-payment quality audits, three-way matching validation, and precise reconciliation of credit notes. I’ve also supported month-end close activities, including AP aging analysis within tight deadlines, and maintained a meticulous exception tracker to ensure invoices and queries are resolved correctly.

Previously, as a Senior Process Executive, I formed strategic client relationships, prepared governance materials, and trained staff in core processes.
