What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver high-impact ESOL learning through differentiated materials and assessments, while also improving customer engagement and service delivery through stakeholder-aligned workshops and strong cross-functional coordination.

I’m a creative, self-motivated TESOL professional with 10+ years of experience conceptualizing and creating innovative teaching materials for English language learners of varying ages and skill levels. Across my work, I plan and deliver high-quality ESOL lessons aligned with British Council standards, while assessing learner needs and providing actionable feedback for progress.

I’ve developed and adapted course material for British Council teaching centres, supported new product offers and value-added services, and designed special lessons and workshops to strengthen engagement. I also championed initiatives like the Rivers of the World project in 2014, and helped actualize a youth event tied to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in 2013, engaging over 5000 youths within 2 months.

In addition, I bring customer-success and project delivery experience: I served as Manager, Customer Success / Writing Team Lead (remote), providing strategic direction for resumes, portfolios, cover letters, and web content, resolving client change requests and complaints, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
