What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and deliver production AI and ML products, from post-prototype development through testing and client delivery, especially where agentic AI, LLM applications, healthcare data, and MLOps create measurable impact.

At Iom Bioworks, I build clinical machine learning and production GenAI systems, including an IBS severity risk model across 1,027 patient samples and a schema-aware natural language-to-SQL application processing around 600 samples.

I've deployed automated ML pipelines on GCP using Airflow and MLflow, and built agentic RAG, clinical segmentation, and churn prediction projects with LangGraph, Docker, FastAPI, and Cloud Run. I enjoy taking ideas from post-prototype through testing and client delivery, combining prompt engineering, model evaluation, and production deployment.

Developed a clinical risk-scoring ML pipeline for IBS severity prediction using microbiome and clinical data, and architected a production-grade natural language-to-SQL system with schema-aware prompt design. Deployed a GCP-based ML pipeline with Airflow and MLflow for automated microbiome abundance prediction.
