What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in Austria, Germany, or remote, with availability from January 2027.

At TU Graz – Central IT Services (ZID), I analysed recurring user problems, identified workflow and usability improvements, and documented solutions for the knowledge base and 2nd-level escalation. I also handled requests through the ticketing system and managed user accounts, access rights, and software deployment in a Windows environment.

Through two start-up projects, Lowk1 and NextLevel, I developed product ideas from concept to validation, including business models, proofs of concept, MVP concepts, and pitches. I led and coordinated project teams of 4 to 11 people, planning tasks and milestones.

My studies in Software Engineering & Management at TU Graz combine computer science and business administration. I’m especially interested in requirements analysis, project management, UX, and product development, and I bring a foundation in Scrum, Kanban, and user-centred design.
