At Bosch Ltd, Nashik, I built a production-grade quality monitoring platform for precision fuel injector manufacturing. It processed machine measurement records across production systems and included SPC analytics and predictive failure estimation.
I implemented Time-to-Failure estimation and Machine Stability Index monitoring, and designed a two-layer validation architecture for measurement integrity and process validity.
I also engineered offline-first deployment, multi-machine monitoring, and Power BI-ready reporting workflows using Python, SQLite, and CSV fallbacks.
On my projects, I developed Android and web interfaces, integrated Firebase and Flask APIs, and tested a deepfake detection system with CAPTCHA-based liveness verification.
