What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-impact R&D and enterprise product work where I can scale distributed systems, apply AI automation, improve cost efficiency, and take end-to-end ownership from requirements through production.

At Appcast, I lead architectural transformations, system migrations, and AI-driven product innovation across distributed Java and AWS ecosystems. I co-developed Appcast Xtend from scratch, scaling its lead-management, search, and communication engines to process 400k emails and 100k SMS daily while meeting multi-year revenue targets.

I've delivered an NDA-protected AI automation platform with 80% AI-assisted code generation and reduced AI infrastructure costs by 96%. I also selected Qdrant following an enterprise vector database analysis and implemented a company-wide job vectorization pipeline.

Previously at EPAM Systems, I progressed from Junior to Lead Software Engineer, built enterprise and fintech platforms, managed six engineers, and conducted 130+ technical interviews across 25+ countries.
