As a DC and Cloud Team member, worked on internal projects related to migrating business systems to Azure and AWS. Primary duties are to develop and implement a cloud environment to migrate systems to the cloud and resolve cloud-related issues. All deployments were conducted with Terraform.

As part of a team of engineers, worked on a project basis for key customers, including oil and gas companies. Primary duties include assessing the current IT infrastructure, developing solutions, deploying and troubleshooting them, preparing project documentation, and providing subsequent support to the customer's IT staff.

As part of pre-sales activities, assessed customers' IT needs, developed appropriate solutions, prepared specifications (in collaboration with vendors), calculated labour expenditure estimations, deployed demos and conducted presentations to colleagues and customers.

As a team leader (up to three subordinate engineers), developed infrastructure solutions and presented them to customers' stakeholders. Supported pre-sales activities, prepared internal and external project plans (in MS Project), labour expenditures estimations and budgets, assigned and controlled the implementation of the assigned tasks by team members.

As a certified Microsoft trainer, tailored and delivered courses requested by customers, as well as conducted official Microsoft courses on Windows operating systems (2003, XP, Vista, 7, 2008, 2008R2), Exchange Server (2007, 2010), Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager.

As a system engineer installed and documented infrastructure solutions with consequent support. Supported certification statuses.

Was responsible for administrating five servers (file servers, e-mail servers, firewall, active directory, backup system) in two offices with 50 users, including technical support and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.

Administered branch IT infrastructure, including eight physical servers and 100+ workstations in seven offices. Monitored business-critical services in order to avoid unplanned outages as well as supported users.

Was responsible for support of the computer network (two servers & 15+ workstations), ensuring adequate antivirus protection and update policies implementation. Supported clients remotely and on-site.
