Designed and launched a free Boston renter education platform and decision tools for 10K+ renters. Used analytics and feedback to drive UX improvements, achieving 400% growth to 2.5K+ monthly visitors.

Owned product design for Houseform's renter journey, partnering with engineering to ship onboarding, preference intake, apartment matching, tour booking, and application flows. Increased site conversion by 40% through A/B testing and product analytics.

Built and presented a proof-of-concept apartment search prototype to Boston Globe Media's VP of Product. Audited and recreated the apartment search flow within Boston.com's design system.

Designed B2B real estate SaaS workflows and SMS screening tools, translating client needs into wireframes, prototypes, and interface requirements. Partnered with engineering to ship workflows that retained paying clients for 12+ months.

Designed a 102-page Figma publication on emerging technology and social impact in one week, launched at EthCC Brussels 2024. Led 2 designers and collaborated with a 13-person distributed team.

Collaborated with founders and developers to design Web3 onboarding prototypes, including a no-code smart contract generator that helped secure a $10K OP Incubator grant.
