At Health Catalyst, I design and build production AWS pipelines that process claims and clinical records, and I own foundational healthcare data models and schemas. I map raw feeds to OMOP and TUVA standards, resolving terminology and structural inconsistencies.
I’ve developed bi-directional EMR/EHR integrations with Epic, eClinicalWorks, and AthenaOne, and built a Snowflake warehouse on an S3 data lake with Delta Lake storage. I use Spark and Airflow to process and orchestrate data, with automated quality monitoring and HIPAA and HITRUST safeguards.
Earlier, at Osborn Brothers Inc. (Osborn Foodservice), I developed SQL Server reporting tables and reports for distribution operations. At Huhtamaki, I queried production and inventory databases and helped reconcile inventory. I’m looking to apply my healthcare data engineering experience to work that supports better cardiovascular care through value-based care.
