I’m a SOC Analyst (L1/L2) focused on threat detection, incident analysis, and SIEM-driven security operations. I leverage Microsoft Sentinel, Devo, and AlienVault to identify and mitigate cyber threats while strengthening the overall security posture.

I conduct advanced threat hunting using Sophos EDR/XDR, analyzing security logs to spot anomalies and enable early identification of advanced persistent threats. In my role, I analyzed 8,000+ security log events weekly to detect suspicious behavior and support faster decision-making.

I’ve built and tuned security detection by designing and implementing 30+ custom SIEM rules, improving threat detection coverage by 25%. I also produce incident investigation reports, post-incident reviews (PIRs), and root-cause documentation, and I’ve reduced average containment time by 30% while minimizing data loss across 10+ critical incidents.

Before SOC work, I gained hands-on application security experience as a Junior Software Developer through vulnerability management using SAST/DAST and secure coding practices. I also automated critical workflows to improve efficiency and used automated reporting to streamline compliance tracking and monitoring.
