What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-impact engineering work that builds and operationalizes enterprise AI agents, conversational platforms, secure cloud integrations, and scalable automation while enabling high-performing teams.

I'm building AI-driven agents and high-scale backend services at Microsoft, including automated incident resolution, telemetry analysis, self-healing workflows, and Xbox Experiences services for millions of global clients.

Previously at GoDaddy, I led the Payment Facilitator platform on Elavon APIs to process $3 billion in Gross Platform Volume while maintaining fraud risk under 15 BPS. I also built and scaled a 20-person engineering organization and automated onboarding risk workflows using Camunda, KYC, and KYB models.

At Expedia, I led the architecture of an omni-channel conversational platform spanning chat, voice, email, and service requests. My teams integrated OpenAI APIs and RAG-based QnA chatbots, scaled communications infrastructure to 100k TPS with sub-500ms latency, and localized automation across 20 languages for $5 million in annual savings.

Across 17+ years, I've led distributed engineering teams, designed secure APIs and cloud integrations, and delivered enterprise platforms across AI, payments, healthcare, software asset management, and rail domains.
