At Digilabs LLP, I built a custom Drupal module that exposes content types through REST APIs for Next.js frontends. I also created a module that generates Markdown content for LLM crawlers, reducing the content team's manual work by 40%.
I developed a RAG-based chatbot module that chunks site content and uses the Pinecone vector database to provide content-grounded answers.
At Aara Tech (SingPost), I provided L2/L3 production support for Ezy2ship.net, a Drupal 7 logistics and shipment platform. I investigated incidents, monitored alerts and logs, and participated in weekly deployments.
At TechieBears, I delivered Drupal websites and WordPress projects, including custom theming, site building, and module development. My project work also includes headless Drupal with Next.js for Businesssetup.com and multisite, multilingual platforms for Tata Motors.
