Anne Nandwa

I am a recent Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy graduate with hands-on experience in the Kenyan non-profit sector. During an attachment at the National Federation of Public Benefit Organizations (PBOs), I supported implementation and operationalization of the PBO Act, 2013.

I managed administrative and record-keeping tasks for member organizations, organizing and maintaining digital records for over 50 members to improve accessibility and compliance. I also coordinated public participation forums and engaged stakeholders to advance policy advocacy and governance understanding.

My strengths include multilateral diplomacy, community engagement, research and analytical thinking, and clear verbal and written communication. I have practical experience organizing workshops and meetings that produced positive feedback on governance and fundraising topics.

I am motivated by opportunities to support public benefit organizations, strengthen governance frameworks, and contribute to policy and advocacy efforts that improve organizational compliance and impact.
