At JetBrains, I investigated transformer length generalization on arithmetic reasoning tasks with unseen problem sizes. I developed a Gradient-Aligned Test-Time Training method and evaluated four auxiliary adaptation objectives.
My experiments examined batch sizes and adaptation steps to find a resource-efficient configuration that prevented redundant test-time computations. The method improved exact-match accuracy by approximately 30 percentage points on average and up to 60 at peak across out-of-distribution settings.
At Constructor Tech, I built a multimodal RAG pipeline with FAISS and e5-large-v2 to generate quizzes from course materials. I also developed topic-driven retrieval to optimize API costs and integrated diagrams, tables, and slide snapshots into generation pipelines.
As a Configuration Engineer at Combined Ratio Solutions, I developed insurance policy management and workflow automation logic, and designed dynamic document templates. In a code summarization project, I evaluated language models with BLEU, METEOR, ROUGE-L, and BERTScore, and contributed to a Streamlit demonstration interface.
